Some of my preferred cooking ideas
By admin
There are not many of my friends or workmates that dont understand the single obsession I take pleasure in more than anything is cooking good food so one question I get asked repeatedly is what is a simple recipe for me to cook?
Only a few weeks ago a friend posted me for help on my blog asking "I have to make a dessert tonight and would like to see if you have a few decent suggestions. Ideally it would include icecream, fruit and should not take more than a few hours to prepare."
I suggested she creates Apple Crisp with the following recipe: six apples peeled then cut up and set in a baking pan. Dust half a cup of caster sugar over the top falvored with a little cinnamon. Get a big dish and stir one cup of rolled oats, half a cup of honey with a quantity of butter. Tip this concoction on top of your apples then bake in an oven at three fifty degrees farenheit for half an hour. Delectable as well as so simple to prepare.
Every now and then I am in the mood for some sort of fast and simple dish to cook for dessert. This Italian indulgence combines a only some of my favorite elements and this is also a flawless dessert intended for entertaining, seeing that one may modify how many you need with minimal effort.
A different simple dish that numerous people have a weakness for is berries and cream. Keep to my recipe:
one cup raspberries
one cup strawberries, sliced if they are large
one cup blueberries
quarter cup heavy whipping cream
three tablespoons pure maple syrup
Mix the whipping cream and maple syrup together so they are perfectly mixed.
Gently stir the cream and maple syrup in the berries.
Permit your dessert to sit for forty five minutes to an hour. Eat up!
On my personal blog I talk about lots of desserts especially dishes that need a kitchen blowtorch so I have to include creme brulee as the best ever dessert.
When making Creme Brulee you should use a well-made blowtorch and the bonjour chef’s torch which is the one I prefer.
